Shipping & Payment

We start processing your order immediately after it is shipped. Delivery is usually within a week, provided all ordered items are in stock.

(you order one week, you receive the goods the next week)

 

Due to the fact that we are still stocking some goods or some suppliers have longer delivery times, this period may be slightly extended.

 

If you need urgent delivery by a specific date (birthday gift, wedding gift, Christmas gift, etc.), please call us so that we can choose the most suitable solution for you!

Shipment complaint

It may happen that you receive a damaged shipment. Since all our shipments are insured, in such a case it is necessary to proceed as follows:

1. take a photo of the entire package from all sides + take a photo of any external damage to the packaging

2. take a photo of the damaged contents of the shipment

3. write an email with the order number, details of the damage to the contents and attach photos

 

ALL OF THIS MUST BE SENT WITHIN 2 DAYS OF PICKING UP THE SHIPMENT AT THE LATEST!

Otherwise, unfortunately, the shipment claim cannot be accepted.

2. By bank transfer (as soon as the amount is credited to our account, we will start preparing the goods)
